Create Lineup Options - which button to choose?
The create lineup has 4 different buttons on it -- here is an explanation of these buttons.
cancel --> leave the create lineup page & save nothing
save as draft --> save the lineup (even if only part of the lineup) - only visible to captain, co-captains, coaches and team manager
How can I see my player's court side and singles/doubles preferences?
Player's profile preferences... doubles/singles and court side preference
Captains can find each player’s playing preferences from the “create lineup” page. In the player’s drop down list you will see the following:
Doubles lines - drop down menu:
"John Smith (prefer Ad Side)"
Where can I find the Opposing Captains info?
You can see the captain's info on our mobile apps quickly and easily -- on the web though you still have to view the opponent captains in the "edit schedule" page.

Can I set different match times for each line played?
The default start time (or be there by time) is based off the "match time" entered on the "create schedule" (or edit schedule) page.
You can also change the match times line by line though in the "create lineup" page.

What Reminder Alerts are Available?
TennisPoint has several different auto-emails:
Auto-Nag Email -- email that is set when the team member's availability is unknown or not sure. This is not on by default but you can turn it on in the "availability settings" in the "set/view availability" page at the top of the page.
When we play a match early, what is the best way to handle this in TennisPoint?
When you play a match early (out of order) you have 2 options in TennisPoint:

Can I import my match scores into TennisPoint?
Yes, you can import down your match scores after they have been submitted to the league (ALTA & USTA). It is really quick and easy to import the scores down - here are the steps:
Go to the "Matches & Teams" in your TennisPoint account
Click on "enter scores" for a particular match
